“phpBB” – Free Public Forums for Everyone
“Forum ” is a place where you can put up posts for discussions, etc.
As many of you may already know, “phpBB” is an open source script that you can use on your own individual site.
Although most of forums are usually dominated by vBulletins, phpBB is used very widely as has great features considering that it’s free to use.
So if you ever wanted to create a forum, why don’t you get started? Check out phpBB

dschibut, due to the fact that every proxies are likely to get detected & blocked, it’s difficult to see one actually running, so only like the fresh ones would work. But if you’ve noticed, many proxy sites use same or similar script, which would get blocked for all. I’m sorry that I can’t help you out… |

Which are really anonymous?
